Designed as the “City on a Hill,” HCO, Inc. seamlessly blended eastern and western traditions into this one church campus. Using water, glass and light elements at the request of the owner, HCO, Inc. selected architectural features such as outdoor and indoor water fountains, white, glittering masonry, stained glass and a gold-tinted domed roof to create a sparkling jewel effect. A two-story glass atrium overlooking the courtyard creates a transparent transition between the interior and exterior spaces. The large expanses of stained and tinted glass allow for natural light to enhance the worship spaces.
