HCO, Inc.'s Architectural/Engineering services typically include the following:
- Architectural
- Structural
- HVAC
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Civil
- Landscaping
- Kitchen Layout *
- Fire Suppression Specifications
- Basic Cost Estimate
Other associated services would include:
- extensive acoustical
- security
- stage lighting
- signage
- extensive interior design
- detailed cost estimate
These associated services will be compensated by the Owner.

Preliminary Drawing Package
|
- Code Analysis and Schedules, Program.
- Site Plan.
- Floor Plans.
- Roof Plan.
- Color Rendering (framed 24" x 36").

All Drawings will be executed using Computer Aided Drafting (AutoCADD). HCO, Inc. will assist the project construction manager or general contractor in obtaining all city and state permits necessary to complete the project.

Our broad interpretation of the project scope for most projects include the planning and implementation of a complete range of design and construction services for new construction, renovations, and additions to existing buildings. The Owner is typically responsible for providing the situation/topographical survey, as well as soil testing.
