- Guide and educate the Owner in making only the most cost effective decisions appropriate for the project.
- Help advertise the project to all associated contractors/subcontractors in the community.
- Advise Owner on probable construction cost at each phase of the design. Utilize the services of an estimator during the entire phase of the project in order to keep the overall project cost down to within the Owner's budget.
- Advise Owner on bid cycles and identify the most appropriate time to bid a particular job.
- Utilize the most durable, maintenance-free, yet cost-effective building materials.
